Cancellation Policy
Our coaches are all super busy, and we are lucky to have them here at Dyfi, so we need to look after them! Please provide adequate notice if you need to change or cancel your session, and adhere to our cancellation policies.
- Cancellations within one week will be charged an admin fee of £25.
- Cancellations within 48 hours will be charged 50% of the booking.
- Cancellations on the day or no shows will receive no refund
